- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 20 ml oil
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

- Heat a pan with oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Add dry red chillies. Next add sliced onions. Saute till brownish.

- Next cover cook in slow flame till vegetables are cooked. As they are cooked, add red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix gently. Let it get fried without cover till all the ingredients combine well with each other. Switch the flame off...do not disturb... let it settle... then serve...
